- Delivery
- If your order delivery address is within the UK, delivery is usually the next working/business day. However, our normal delivery service is based on 2-3 days. For the remoter parts of the UK, islands and Northern Ireland, please allow for 3-4 days. For Eire, the delivery time is usually 3-4 days. There are no deliveries on Saturday (unless by arrangement), Sunday or any Bank Holidays. An estimated delivery date will be displayed in the checkout at the time of purchase. If, for any reason, your order is going to be delayed and the estimated delivery date cannot be met, you will be notified by email or by telephone.
- Delivery is free within the UK and Eire. For all other parts of the world, please contact Leather Online before purchasing.
- Returns
- All products supplied are covered by a manufacturer's guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order and return the goods to us. Any cancellation of orders must be done within 7 (seven) working days of delivery and the goods returned must be in the original/unworn condition they were supplied to you with all tags and labels attached. - Any refund amount will be less a delivery charge of £7.50 on your order unless the item is found to be faulty or not what you ordered. Exchanges other than faulty goods will be subject to a delivery charge of £7.50 for UK & Eire purchases, £16 for European and £25 for the rest of the world. This is considered to be typical of leather items produced in this way and is not considered to constitute a fault in the product.
