Why do you use PayPal?

Because it is one of the safest and most trusted ways of purchasing and paying for items on the web. You do not have to have a PayPal account, as you may pay by using a credit or debit card. PayPal have a very secure payment server and when you pay for your goods, you do not pay to us, you pay to through PayPal. Is Google Checkout as secure as Paypal and other online Credit Card payment facilities?

Yes it is. We added Google Checkout because we were asked several times as customers wished to pay using it. It is very secure and you also do not need to have an account.

I don't have a Paypal account, how can I buy from you?

Simple, you do not need a PayPal account. All you need is a credit or debit card. When you go to the checkout and the secure PayPal payment page, you will be given an option to use a Paypal account if you have one, or simply to pay by credit or debit card.

I live in The Republic of Ireland, can I pay in Euros?

Yes, there is no problem with you paying in Euros. Our checkout system will show pounds sterling (GBP) and the payment system will convert your Euros to pounds after the transaction. To check the current exchange rates, we recommend you use this site calculator:

Do you really have next day delivery?

No, not really. Your order usually arrives the next day. However, our usual delivery service is 2-3 days†, 3-4 days for the remoter parts of the UK, islands, Northern Ireland and Eire. If the delivery date is going to be a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday, the delivery will be made on the next working day. Also, we cannot be responsible for strikes, accidents etc. but we will do our best to let you know if there is going to be delay that is out of our control.

What happens if I do not like the jacket or it is the wrong size or colour?

We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If your jacket is the wrong size, colour or you are not happy with the quality etc., simply send it back to us and we will refund your money. You must let us know by email or letter within 7 (seven) days of delivery before sending it back. If the problem is a fault or you have received the wrong order, we will offer you an exchange to the correct order/quality but you still may have your money back. If you simply want to cancel your order because you are not happy with it and there is nothing wrong with the jacket, there will be a £7.50 charge for the original delivery. (see terms & conditions)
